I am having difficulties getting my income documents. What should I do?

We accept file either in JPG, PNG and PDF format, sizing under 3mb each. You can upload up to 7 documents. If you have more than 7 images, merge your documents and upload as a PDF file. Please also make sure that your file is not password protected.
