I forgot my username

If you have forgotten your username, don't worry. Here's how you can retrieve it:

Do you remember your Secure PIN? If yes, follow these steps:
1. Open your UOB TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
2. Enter the required details in the following screen.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Select the option to enter your Secure PIN.
5. Enter your Secure PIN when prompted.
6. In the next screen, your username will be displayed.

If you do not remember your Secure PIN, then follow these steps:
Please note that you'll be prompted for your TMRW/UOB card number and ATM PIN.
1. Open your UOB TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
2. Enter the required details in the following screen.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Select the option to use your "TMRW Credit or Debit Card" or "UOB Credit or Debit Card".
5.  Enter the respective card and PIN number. If you forgot your Card PIN or misplaced your card, please tap on "Help" at the bottom of the screen and place a call to TMRW Agents.
6. In the next screen, your username will be displayed.
